▶ By introducing the flue gas from the melting furnace and using a circulating fan to force air convection, we utilize the waste heat from the flue gas to preheat the aluminum ingots to be melted, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.
▶ In conjunction with our self-developed aluminum ingot lifting device, the aluminum ingots are lifted into the preheating furnace, which also serves as a discharging device, ensuring that the melting furnace's material tower is always full, avoiding empty burning.
